Denise Laurinaitis is a New York City based designer with over twenty years experience in the real estate industry. Having practiced commercial real estate law at top New York City firms, Denise's interest turned to the design aspect of the transactions on which she worked. She was more interested in the construction, design and budgetary aspects of her deals than the legal work. Denise entered the design world in 2011 and began Laurin Design to further expand her creative vision. She assists clients with kitchen and bathroom layouts, finishing materials, color, closet design, room furnishings and layouts, and overall space planning. She also works with architects and will review clients' architectural plans before they are finalized.

Denise has a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. Her legal work has been published in the Hofstra Law Review. Prior to founding Laurin Design, Denise was a partner at a law firm in New York City, working on commercial real estate projects in New York City and throughout the country.
